Return to Athens via Thermopylae, site of the heroic stand of the 300 Spartans

Day 2: Kalambaka (Meteora) - Naoussa
Morning visit to the Byzantine monasteries of Meteora. Depart
through Trikala and Larissa, and arrive to the archaeological site of
Dion for a visit. Continue to the Naoussa for dinner and overnight. (B/D)
Day 3: Naoussa - Kastoria - Naoussa
Depart to Kastoria, to visit the town with its famous lake. Continue to
the picturesque town of Edessa to enjoy some free time in the
waterfalls. Return to Naoussa for dinner and overnight. (B/D)
Day 4: Naoussa - Pela - Thessaloniki - Naoussa
Leave in the morning to Pella, the Ancient Capital of the Kingdom of
Macedonia. Visit the site and depart to Thessaloniki to visit the city
and its archaeological Museum. Return to Naoussa for dinner and

Day 5: Naoussa - Vergina - Athens
Depart in the morning for a visit to the local "Boutari" winery. Continue
to Vergina to see the recently excavated site with finding belongings
to the Macedonian civilization. Continue driving south passing by
Tembi Valley, Lamia, Thermopylae (visit the Leonidas monument)
and Kammena Vourla. Arrive to Athens early in the evening. (B)

Day 1: Athens
Transfer from Athens Airport to your hotel.
Day 2: Athens
Half day sightseeing tour of Athens including visits to: the Acropolis
and the magnificent Parthenon, the stadium where the first Olympic

DAY 3: Athens - Paros - Hydra
Morning transfer to the port for embarkation to the culture ship. First
stop in picturesque Poros and enjoy a stroll around the marina and
a coffee in one of its many cafes. Continue to Hydra and disembark.
Walk to your hotel, as there are no cars on the island.
Afternoon at leisure and overnight in Hydra. (B/L)
Day 4: Hydra
Free day to explore this cosmopolitan island. Visit the many art
Galleries and monasteries scattered around the island, or just
spend time wandering the streets stopping for shops and traditional
Greek cuisine along the way. (B)
Day 5: Hydra - Aegina - Athens
Morning at leisure. In the afternoon, proceed on your own to the
port and embark your cruise vessel to sail to Aegina, where there is
the option to take an excursion to the Temple of Aphaia. Return to
Athens and transfer to your hotel. (B)

Starting from Athens drive westwards along the scenic coast, to the Corinth Canal
with its breathtaking views. Continue to the ancient town of Corinth, where St.
Paul lived and preached for two years. In ancient times Corinth was amongst the
richest city states. This is evident by its remains, including the huge Agora (market
place) and Apollo's Temple. Brief stop at the site of the ancient port of Kechreai
where St. Paul disembarked. Return to Athens in time for lunch.
